We offer a nurturing social program for members
to socialize and connect with others. Engaging
activities, nutritious meals/snacks and personal
care are part of our program.

Our Services
Transportation
Door to door pick-up & drop off transportation available to those needing transportation.
Engaging Activities
Daily activities, games, music/singing, arts & crafts, exercise/dancing, field trips, special events and many more engaging activities to keep members active.
Personal Care
Members can receive assistance with memory, medication management, daily living guidance, health & physical disability issues, monthly hair & nail care and other personal care assistance as needed.
Nutritious Meals
Breakfast, lunch and snacks served daily. Members are able to enjoy their meals or snacks whenever it is most convenient for them. They are not required to have their meals during scheduled meal times.

Can my attendance be flexible around my needs?
Absolutely. Your needs may evolve, and we are designed to adjust according to what best suits your needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We are currently contracted with certain types of insurance programs that provide Social Day as a benefit.. We are also contracted with Veteran’s Benefits & take private pay options.
